    Britken is a retailer for bikes, cycling gear, and components. 

  2. Where is Britken located / Do you have a physical store?
    Britken is based online but we ship throughout Kenya and East Africa. Most of our stock is readily available in the country. 

  3. How can I contact Britken for support or inquiries?
    Go the contact us page and leave us a message with your contact details.We will get back to you ASAP.

  4. Do you have products for different types of cycling (road, mountain, etc.)?
    Yes — Britken offers a wide range of cycling gear, parts, and bikes for different riding styles. We have Hard tail mountain bikes, Double suspension bikes, Road bikes, Gravel bikes, Hybrid bikes and more.  Plus we have group sets, components and accessories for your bikes. Browse through our collections to see what is in stock. 

  5. How do I place an order on Britken?
    Browse products, add to cart, checkout, enter shipping and payment, confirm order. Or you can simply send a Whats app message and we will assist you with the order. 

  6. What payment methods are accepted?
    Mpesa/Visa/Master card

  7. Do you ship your products, and how long does delivery take?
     Yes we provide shipping within Kenya and beyond. Shipping costs vary based on the location, size/weight of the items ordered, and the selected shipping method. 

  8. How do I track my order?
    Once an order is confirmed and paid for we will arrange for collection of goods with our courier partner. We will email/Whats app you a tracking link/waybill code as soon as your order is on the way.

  9. Do you offer custom bike builds or component installations?
    Yes. From time to time our Founder loves to build one-in-a-million kind of bikes. We offer custom builds/installations at an added cost. Contact us for more info.
