• Interlocking Faceplate: It uses a 4-bolt U-shaped interlocking handlebar clamp geometry. This design transfers more of the load into the solid body of the stem rather than putting direct stress on the faceplate bolts. 
• Stress Management: By distributing clamping forces evenly, the structure eliminates "stress risers". This keeps your handlebars from bending or developing micro-fractures under heavy landings. 
• Torque Spec: The laser etching specifies a strict maximum torque rating of 9 Nm (80 in-lbs) for the clamp bolts to ensure secure retention without over-tightening.
